Autumn Fire

Sometime almost forty-eight hours ago, the fall season began under cover of our latest mild heat wave. The warmth lasted most of yesterday, crumbling around sunset as some gusty breezes began to blow through. Temps went down into the low fifties last night, and offered a perfect excuse to build a fire in the fireplace when we got home.
