What is there to say...yet another rainy day for us here on Cape Cod...and some pretty heavy rain, at that.

But all the water is working wonders, at least in the garden. Here's one of the hyacinths out in the front garden bed, with cranesbill leaves and grass at its feet, and sweet William and iris foliage at its back. Yes, everything's greening up pretty nicely.

In other parts of the garden, all the primroses are coming into their own, and some should be fully in bloom by early next week, along with plenty of daffodils.
