The Busiest Man of December found time to stop by the Courthouse at the Old Jailhouse Tavern this afternoon, kicking off the holiday party season with great food, a show from Marcus the Magician and a present for each boy and girl!
So funny and engaging, he was done in a flash,
Nick gave a wave of his hand, and to the fire truck did dash.
But we heard him exclaim, as he drove from our sight:
"Merry Christmas to all and...aw, heck, I'll be back in a few weeks!"
Owl hooting in the woods tonight. There's a temperature of 39 degrees, and a nearly full moon is milky behind a thin veil of clouds.
