Today was an overcast day, promising storms and eventually delivering.
It wasn't much of a day for gardening, though I still wandered around and addressed some much needed deadheading and cutting back, the latter particularly for the now mostly finished Shasta Daisies.
We join Emily in sending Happy Birthday wishes to Suz; hope it was a great day, even if it was a Monday!!
Em also sends her renewed thanks to Aunt Sue (and we join her in that as well, he said sarcastically) for that great giant super-sonic squeaky purple toy that STILL provides great fun for She and her Dads on an almost-daily basis.
