Rain today, which is something you won't hear me complaining about; we certainly need it. We've noticed recently that the pond seems to be shrinking almost daily this fall, despite the occasional rainfall. I don't expect today's precip will make all that much difference...but a whole weekend of down-pouring might. Ironically, the pond is beginning to look a little like the tiny bit of water it was when we first moved in here nearly three years ago.
