April Showers

I'm posting this crow for Tornwordo over at Sticky Crows, as a hopeful tonic against continued cruddiness.

A little tired this AM, having stayed up too late putting some polish on the 100 List before posting so I'll keep this brief. I would like to offer my thanks to Torn, Cooper, Butch, Dykewife, Patrick, Gayprof, The Thriftshop Romantic and Somewhere Joe (check out the links on the right to see what I mean, eh?) and a host of other great bloggers for inspiring me to take a leap from my comfortable tree branch and rediscover what it means to be a writer.

A little rainy here on the Cape of Cods today, though it appears we are between showers at the moment. This is fine, as April Showers have their job to do, and there's plenty that needs attention in a variety of indoor locations!

Peace to each one of you!

Leaping from tree branches has been one of my favourite things to do since I was a kid. I am enjoying jumping into your blog-garden and imbibing the blooming there. That last photo is magnificent!

I awakened to an April snow shower early this morning ... *sigh*. I want to see daffodils in the rain.

I'm more cautious these days about leaping from trees, at least in the non-metaphoric sense.

Patrience, my friend. Your April showers will do their work, and when our daffodils are long gone, I'll be tuning in to the Corridor to see yours!

Excellent flower photo... so lovely. And here's hoping the cruddiness to wane.

Cheers to you, Greg. :)

Gardening Greg~
What a lovely visit and comment, thank you so much!
Blooming is where its at, isn't it?
My Etsy is indeed just a sapling right now...maybe it will grow to become an oak someday.
I think perhaps you found me either via Joey or Coop, but however I thank you again, and now I will go and read the rest of your green blog!

Hi Gillian--welcome to the Garden!

I wish your new Etsy tree strong limbs and deep roots!

You're right, of course, I found you through *both* Joe and Coop and have been a quiet visitor to your pages since your winter visit to Hooky Beach!!
