Tuesday afternoon--another lovely weather day in a week full of them--brought a chance to go for a little walk up the wooded hill behind Mom and Dad's house.

It's kind of fun to forget about everything else for a few moments, and simply follow the brook, enjoying the sights and the soothing sound as it spills down the hillside.
